Dear Supplier,
Please note, the below Quality Routine is applicable from
S5. These have to be sent to H&M via Castor email system. These must be
followed for each order of Hennes (Dept 1626, 1636, 1646 and 3030). Soon these
will be rolled out for all other H&M divisions.
You are advised to treat this routine with high priority
and strictness, because there will be serious Quality consequences for any
order that does not have the below documents.
Inspection Report:
-Each Inspection Report email has to be sent to H&M via
Castor email. There will be separate Castor email thread for each order.
-Email has been sent to each supplier’s Merchandising and
Quality Teams (RQS/NQC/Lab).
-As per Castor rules, you are not allowed to change the
email subject. You can only reply to emails. If this TOD is running, please
send the Inspection Report on each cutoff basis replying to this email thread.
If order is already shipped, then please send all country report as attachment
together. You just need to attach the Inspection Report and mention the
Country name in email body. Please mention the order number with dept. in
attachment name.
Test Report:
-Each Test Report (including In-House and Third Party
reports) has to be sent in reply to the H&M Order Email. There will be no
separate thread for Test Reports.
-For any order that has CN country, Third Party test report
has to be sent for both C/s and P/s stage as per routine. Without this, no CN order
will be allowed to ship.
For technical queries and support regarding how to reply to
Castor emails, please check with your own Merchandising Teams. They are well
used to the H&M Castor communication systems. For any pending reports that
are not sent to Castor, you must send by 6 PM Thursday, 24 November 2016.
