She acted in more than thirty movies before releasing any movies in the Dhallywood that is a rare case in the history of Bangladeshi film industry.

Pori Moni Early Life:

Pori Moni was born on October 24, 1992, in Narail, Bangladesh to a Muslim family. Her father was a businessman who died in 2012 and mother was a housewife. Pori’s mother died when he was only three years old and would live with the care of grandparents in Pirojpur, Barisal. She completed her SSC and HSC from here and moved to Dhaka after completing HSC. She dreamed of being an actress in her early life so that she started modeling very early in Dhaka life. 

Pori Moni Career:

Bangladeshi actress Pori Moni started her career in showbiz arena with modeling in 2011 and has been able to attract the director’s attention by his acting technique. She made a debut on the big screen with movie Valo Basha Shimahin in December 2013. She acted in the blockbuster movie Rana Plaza which is based on Rana Plaza disaster. The movie is directed by Nazrul Islam Khan where Pori Moni portrays the character of Reshma, the garment female worker who incredibly survived seventeen days in the broken Rana Plaza’s rubble.

Pori Moni is a most discussed actress in the Dhallywood for her bold and intimate scene in the films. She acted with Dhallywood King Khan, shakib khan in the movie Dhumketu directed by Safiq Hasan. Pori Moni also performed in the item song for the first time in the movie Bhalobasa Simahin directed by Shah Alam Mandal.
